2010: A Folk Odyssey...
...or maybe an acoustic ladyland odyssey - yeah. Either way, it was fantastic to welcome the new year in at the Octagon, along with thousands of others on a night so balmy we felt like we were in Nelson.Things got even hotter out on the Taieri at the Whare Flat Folk Festival which was brimming with wonderful musicians, happy frolicking children and all kinds of folk having a great time. It's always a joy to be out there and to catch up with so many friends.
Happy new year to you all and hope to catch up with some of you in Wanaka at Cinema Paradiso on Tuesday 5th January or at Olssens Vineyard on Wednesday afternoon.
