May is Music Month
Kia ora and hello everyone
We had a fine time with Freddy Fudd Pucker at the Normanby Tavern a few weeks ago to help send him on his way to love and the States. We've been listening to his and his 'Mrs' new album "One for the Wonder Wheel' - and loving it a whole lot. A number of you said you'd never ventured into the Normanby even though it was your local - incredible since it's a wee valley gem. Stick with us kids and we'll take you places!
Anyway, we're working hard on a pile of new songs which we are looking forward to the Whitestone Festival at Queens Birthday weekend to air for the first time. Very exciting - Lynn's been working on a banjo lead break and Erin's done a love song - look out y'all!!
So time for some news...

The magic of NZ Music Month is nearly upon us, and we've got a number different gigs and collaborations going on to celebrate the month with:

YouTube Videos:
Our mate 'chillblue07' has put up footage of us from the New Years Eve gig in the Octagon in December 2009, we've put some of them on our webpage. The sound is surprisingly good, but you get that when you've got the wonder and talent that is Gordon from Strawberry Sound. Big thanks to Barry McConnachie for arranging the filming of this super event. You'll also find bits and bobs from the Penguin Club and elsewhere in our favourites listed on our channel. You may even find folk jamming to a Neil Diamond song and rare footage of Erin fiddling if you're lucky.
That's all for now.
